Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To read and answer your enquiry and continue the conversation you start. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
- To protect the form from abuse and keep the service secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell personal information.
Who receives it
- Google (Google Workspace): contact-form messages are delivered to info@aviatepro.co.uk through Google’s mail service, which also hosts our email.
- Our hosting provider, IONOS Ltd. (UK), which runs the server for this website.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
