AviatePro turns complex behavioural AI outputs into explainable, instructor-focused insight for training organisations.
AI should support instructors, not replace them.
What we do
AviatePro Services Ltd. is a UK-based aviation human factors and AI interpretation company focused on pilot training, instructor usability and explainable analytics.
A shared-IP XAI interpretation framework, developed with Future Labs, that turns multimodal behavioural signals into operationally meaningful indicators.
MoreThe system AviatePro developed for structured human-factors data collection and time-aligned session evidence in simulator training.
MoreSelective coaching and advisory support for aviation leaders and training organisations.
MoreXAI interpretation layer · DDA
AviatePro is developing a shared-IP operational analytics and XAI interpretation framework together with Future Labs. It’s called DDA (Deep-Dive-Analytics).
The work supports a no-code / low-code interpretation environment that helps transform multimodal behavioural signals into operationally meaningful indicators.
Indicator logic can be visually built, tuned and tested without traditional coding.
AviatePro developed Simvidence to support structured human-factors data collection in simulator training, and to make time-aligned session evidence available for disciplined instructor review and research.
It is in use in aviation training today, and we are exploring applications beyond aviation.

Research
AviatePro also initiated the Wunderlich Project, a long-horizon effort to establish comparable, carefully bounded evidence across aviation training.
Simvidence provides the data-capture and review environment that supports this work in practice.
Aviation project experience
Since 2024, AviatePro has contributed to operational human factors logic, behavioural interpretation methodology, instructor workflow design and AI-supported debrief support, without positioning AI as an automated assessment authority.
The team has spent thousands of hours analysing simulator-session video recordings, AI behavioural outputs, pilot soft skills, crew dynamics and multimodal human factors patterns while developing interpretation and explainability layers designed for operational use.
Coaching & advisory
AviatePro continues to provide selective coaching and advisory services, while an increasing focus is placed on operational human factors analytics and AI-supported aviation systems.
About
AviatePro brings human factors specialists, aviation instructors and pilots, data and AI specialists, and software and hardware engineers together on one problem: making what happens in simulator training visible and usable for the people who teach.
Operational human factors, debrief design, and executive and aviation coaching.
Instructing and flying experience that keeps the work tied to how simulator training is actually run.
